    What form of payment do you accept?

    We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well. You may change your billing information at any time by accessing your account preferences. You may inquire about Net30 terms by emailing wholesale@inkedbrands.com with bank and trade references, order minimums required.

    How do I make changes in the Shipping/Billing info?

    If you need to update your information on your account, please do so here. If your order has already been placed, please email wholesale@inkedbrands.com.

    What is the return policy? 

    Please review all items carefully before your order is placed as all wholesale sales are final. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In the event of a damage, please email us at wholesale@inkedbrands.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please include SKU, size, color, quantity and the damage. Provide photos if possible so that our team can work on improving to prevent damages in the future.

    How will my order be shipped? 

    Our primary method of shipping is UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.

    If the quantity I want to order is not available, what do I do? 

    Please email us at wholesale@inkedbrands.com and we can let you know if and when the item will be back in stock.

    Can I make changes to my order? 

    All order changes must be made at least 30 days before the start ship date on pre-booked orders. Order changes on immediate orders cannot be guaranteed but can be submitted within 1-2 days of order placement. Please submit change requests to wholesale@inkedbrands.com and we will confirm via email.

    Will you be at tradeshows? 

    We do attend tradeshows with select brands. Our schedule is constantly changing. Please email us at wholesale@inkedbrands.com if there is a show you plan to attend and would like to see us there!
